Meet Marianne
Marianne Barkman and Lisa Molinaro are full-service brokers who work out of John L. Scott’s Bellevue Main office. The duo works together as The Molinaro-Barkman Team and has a combined total of over 20 years of experience.
Marianne was first licensed in 1983 and over the years has served as a broker, regional and national trainer for 10 years, branch manager of highly-successful offices and a Senior Vice President for John L. Scott, overseeing up to 20 Washington John L. Scott offices. Now, she’s helping clients buy and sell real estate with Lisa, providing exceptional customer experiences. Lisa’s real estate career began in 1997. Since then she has owned a mortgage company, coached and trained hundreds of high-producing brokers and served on the Standards of Practices board for the Association of Realtors.

“Our family found out we would be able to move up to Washington. My husband had to come up for work, so I let Marianne and Lisa know the dates, and they made sure to be available during the times I was available. We have to extremely active toddlers, and these wonderful women helped me look after them at every house we went to, so I could actually look around. They took us to a ton of houses over the course of a week while my husband was working and then took us back to the favorites so my husband could see. Once we were back in Texas they went and looked at houses for us and put offers down sight unseen by us. We had asked them to look at them as we weren't available to travel. We eventually found new builds as we weren't able to play in the crazy real estate market here in Seattle. Marianne helped with choosing our options while my husband was in Seattle for work and I was back in Texas. We face timed and she kept us on schedule for our different options.
